Group Personal Training is everything you would get as part of 1-2-1 Personal Training but with two differences;
Wether your goal is dropping body fat or increasing muscle mass our personal trainers will be with you every step of the way until you achieve your goals. As part of the Group Personal Training package you’ll receive 3 Group Personal Training sessions per week with one of our team of experienced coaches, training plans for when you are on your own, nutrition targets and recipe books.
Our trainers will stay on top of your progress by taking monthly circumference measurements, body scans and progress pictures.
You’ll also have plenty of support from other Group members and a post workout protein shake after each session.
It’s everything you need to ensure you get results.
