Fitness and exercise has been a large part of my life for over 7 years now. My interest in it has always led me to learn more than the surface level information found on most websites and forums. Eventually I decided to make a career out of it so I attended college in order to achieve my Personal Training
certificate across 2 years which allowed me to pick up a wealth of knowledge fitness, nutrition and lifestyle (including sleep & rest!).
Just recently I achieved my standard Bachelors in Sports & Exercise Science with an A in every class including Sports Psychology, Strength & Conditioning, Bio-mechanics and Physiology, taking my fitness knowledge and skills to the next level.
This gives me the utmost confidence that I can help you find the most suitable and optimised path towards your goals whether it be weight loss, muscle building, strength, improving sporting/ athletic abilities or even just building a healthier routine so you feel better!!
