ABOUT ME

I have a huge passion for both fitness & nutrition & is why I decided to go for my PT qualification after beginning my fitness journey
right here in the club, so I really can say I’ve been exactly where you are today!

 

Over the years I have completely changed my body composition mainly through strength training and fueling my body correctly.

 

This has given me the confidence to now teach and instil this in my clients as well.

 

I believe correct coaching is achieved through educating clients during sessions so they know exactly what they are doing and why. This alongside a structured plan, consistency & sheer hard work is exactly what I am looking to
achieve with my clients. I use my knowledge and experience to help others transform their body & mind, looking & feeling stronger than ever.
