I am also completing a diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage, as over the years I have found a keen interest in injuries and how to prevent them. This means that I can help injured clients get back to training as soon as they can! I began weight training after recovering from an eating disorder and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.
