2. Always eat breakfast – Skipping a morning meal means you eventually feel famished, and throughout the day you eat much more food than you need to feel full.

3. Track your calories – even if you’re just keeping a diary of what you’re eating, keeping track and monitoring your intake will stop you sneaking in cheeky snacks or going over your daily allowance on your fitness app.

4. Get enough sleep– always get enough sleep. You will reduce cravings and normalise hormones.
