Club Gym classes Descriptions

Spin
This is a high energy indoor cycling class designed for all fitness levels. This class involves hill climbs and sprints amongst other cycling techniques, all designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and power. This is a great class to improve fitness and burn fat.

Active Body
This is a full body conditioning class which involves bodyweight resistance exercises and HIIT. This is suitable for all fitness levels and is perfect for those that want to improve strength and general fitness.

Dynamic Stretch
This class is perfect for those who want to improve flexibility and core stability. You will be taken through a series of dynamic, static and core exercises. Suitable for all levels and for those returning from injury.

Yoga
Our Yoga classes are taught by in house Yoga instructor Courtney and are designed to introduce you to the world of Yoga. They will help you develop an understanding of basic Yoga postural and breathing techniques. Relaxation and meditation techniques will also be introduced. These classes are for all levels.

Kickboxing/Boxing
Our in house world kickboxing champion Stacey McGhee takes both our weekly boxing and kickboxing classes. These classes focus on learning the technical fundamentals of punching and kicking. Not only do you learn the basics, you’ll also get a great cardio workout!

Group PT
Group PT is for those who want that extra push to achieve results. You will work in a group of up to 4 people and follow a new routine each month. Every workout includes free weights, cardio and core work. Once the work is done you can relax and enjoy a protein shake at the club bar.
